Albina was born August 15, 1955, in Russia.  She was raised and educated in Moscow, Russia and Tallinn, Estonia.  Albina continued her education until obtaining her Masters Degree in Textile Manufacturing.  She worked as a textile manager for factories located in various countries including Russia, Uzbekistan, Georgia, and Estonia for a number of years.  Albina used her ability to speak 6 different languages to manage over 3,000 employees at a time during her employment. 

Albina was united in marriage to Dale Dallman in 2002 in Tallinn, Estonia.  They returned to US to make their home in Minot.  She remained active as a homemaker and assisted Dale at the fairs and shows for Capital RV.  Albina became a United States Citizen during the summer of 2007.   

She was a member of the Greek Orthodox Church, Minot.  Albina was a witty person with a great sense of humor.  She will be deeply missed by all who shared in her life here and in her native country. 

Surviving family includes:  Husband, Dale, Minot; Her mother and brother in Russia; extended family, Lyle and Don Dallman and their families and special caregiver’s and friends, Jeannette Hartman, Michelle Haman, Amanda Burke and Anna Kitzman from Trinity Hospice. 

Albina was preceded in death by her father. 

Funeral Service:  Monday, March 2, 2009, at 1:00 p.m. at the Thomas Family Funeral Home, Minot.
Visitation: 
There will be no reviewal, however, family and friends are invited to sign a memorial register book on Monday, March 2, 2009, from 9:00 a.m. until the start of the service.
Memorials: 
In lieu of flowers and plants, memorials are preferred to Trinity Hospice.
